Welcome

I specialize in helping people overcome challenges and live their best lives. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal, grow, and thrive, and I'm passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals.

My approach is warm, supportive, and evidence-based, and I tailor my therapy to each individual's unique needs.

If you're ready to take the first step towards a happier, healthier life, I invite you to schedule a consultation with me. Together, we can work towards creating a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful.

I believe that a rich, meaning-filled life includes both incredible highs, inevitable lows, and everything in between. Through the lens of that belief, I trust that when individuals are able to mindfully embrace the range of ups and downs they experience in their lives with authenticity and self-compassion, true healing can occur. As someone passionate about the intersection between mental and physical health, I have prioritized supporting individuals in their journey navigating holistic, whole-person care throughout my time working in a variety of integrative clinical settings. My perspective as a therapist is informed by my values of social justice, compassion, and flexibility, and I encourage my clients to explore their own values. I enjoy and have experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with stress, newly diagnosed or chronic illness, trauma, depression, or anxiety. My primary goal is to walk beside clients on their journey of recovery while cultivating feelings of safety and strength to allow for lasting, life-enriching healing.

My Approach

I specialize in helping individuals heal after experiences of trauma or abuse, cope with challenges in relationships, improve their ability to manage stress, bolster their self-esteem, embrace their cultural identity, and navigate life transitions. I take a culturally-sensitive, compassionate, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to addressing your unique needs.

Meaningful change occurs when we honestly reflect on our values, needs, and challenges. Therapy is a team effort, and I will offer support by encouraging self-discovery and creating a safe space for deep self-reflection, which is needed to spark lasting, life-enriching healing.
